Since 2012, our roof has hosted a photovoltaic system, and over time, we've taken it a step further: we’ve expanded it to its full capacity because we believe in a more sustainable future.
But we didn’t stop there. Now we can store the energy we produce and use it when it’s truly needed, with no waste. This means that the energy collected on a sunny Sunday can finally power our work on Monday morning💡
We’ve also installed electric car charging stations and adopted a monitoring system that allows us to know, in real-time, how much energy we produce, use, and store.

Small, big choices that bring us closer every day to a more mindful way of working.

Dal 2012 il nostro tetto ospita un impianto fotovoltaico, e nel tempo abbiamo fatto un passo in più: lo abbiamo ampliato al massimo della sua capacità, perché crediamo in un futuro più sostenibile.
Ma non ci siamo fermati qui. Ora possiamo accumulare l’energia prodotta e usarla quando serve davvero, senza sprechi. Questo significa che l’energia raccolta in una domenica di sole può finalmente alimentare il nostro lavoro il lunedì mattina💡
Abbiamo anche installato colonnine di ricarica per auto elettriche e adottato un sistema di monitoraggio che ci permette di sapere, in tempo reale, quanta energia produciamo, usiamo e conserviamo.

Piccole, grandi scelte che ci avvicinano ogni giorno di più a un modo di lavorare più consapevole.

Two origins, two unique stories, one shared passion: a love for authentic coffee.
Meet our two new "Dirompenti" coffee: Hoysala from India and Tumba Farm from Rwanda — two exceptional coffees that tell the story of remarkable lands, people, and processing methods.

🌱 Hoysala is cultivated in the hills of Chikmagalur, a region steeped in coffee tradition. Here, under ideal conditions, a coffee is born with delicate notes of cocoa nibs and honey, and a smooth dark chocolate acidity.

☀️ Tumba Farm is a year-round washing station where cherries are dried on raised beds inspired by traditional African structures. The result? A coffee with a velvety body and elegant hints of peach, caramel, and blackberry.

Due origini, due storie uniche, un’unica passione: quella per il caffè autentico.
Vi presentiamo due nuovi Dirompenti: Hoysala dall'India e Tumba Farm dal Ruanda, due nuovi caffè che raccontano territori, persone e metodi di lavorazione straordinari.

🌱 Hoysala nasce tra le colline di Chikmagalur, luogo storico per la coltivazione del caffè. Qui, grazie al clima favorevole, nasce un caffè dalle note di fava di cacao e miele, con un'acidità tipica del cioccolato fondente.

☀️ Tumba Farm è una washing station attiva tutto l’anno, dove le ciliegie vengono essiccate su letti sospesi ispirati alle tradizionali strutture africane. Il risultato? Un caffè dal corpo vellutato, con sentori di pesca, caramello e mora.

Dopo aver raggiunto traguardi importanti, Iacopo e Prunella decidono di mettersi in discussione: iniziano un percorso di studio e analisi per reinventarsi e portare l’innovazione nel mondo del caffè.

Sometimes, just a few seconds can make all the difference. Knowing how to act in an emergency means turning uncertainty into concrete help.
That’s why we’ve given the entire LPDC team the opportunity to participate in a BLSD (Basic Life Support Defibrillation) course. Under the guidance of Andrea Onida, our master roaster and healthcare trainer, we’ve learned something that can save a life.
We hope we’ll never have to put it into practice, but if the time comes, we’ll be ready.

A volte, bastano pochi secondi per fare la differenza. Sapere come agire in un’emergenza significa poter trasformare l’incertezza in un aiuto concreto.
Per questo abbiamo dato a tutto il team di LPDC la possibilità di partecipare a un corso BLSD (Basic Life Support Defibrillation). Grazie alla guida di Andrea Onida, il nostro master roaster e formatore sanitario, abbiamo imparato qualcosa che può salvare una vita.
Speriamo di non doverlo mai mettere in pratica, ma se accadrà, saremo pronti.
