“Hi everyone, I’m Federico Sisti, the chef of Frangente, Milan. After spending many years travelling the world, and building several experiences in the kitchens of important chefs, I was able to fulfil my dream: Frangente. The restaurant is located in the centre of Milan, near Piazza della Repubblica. In our menu you will find creative dishes still rooted in the tradition, a cuisine focused on seasonal products and a great deal of research for quality.The research has led us to select excellent products and first-rate producers, such as Le Piantagioni del Caffè. We have chosen their coffees to give our guests a pleasant memory at the end of their meal. “
