Foraging and creativity in a season bakery!

Erzulie Dolcevite is a season bakery in Traversetolo (Parma), run by Yenifer Bellini and Andrea Forti. The peculiarity of this place lies in the research and the use of fresh and seasonal ingredients, for both sweet and savoury pastry. The knowledge of the natural and seasonal cycles allows the owners to alternate the recipes and offer their customers various menus. Yenifer personally picks the fruits, herbs and flowers, she dehydrates them and uses them as decorations or ingredients in her recipes. Instead, Andrea is in charge of the beverages: he also attentively selects the products and he usually prefers local and virtuous producers, such as the organic ones. Besides a relishable selection of wines and ciders, they offer our coffees, which they considered the perfect match for their quality standards!
