The Bedussi family is the owner of a famous ice-cream and coffee shop that, in Brescia, is also known for its quality. Continuous research and the selection of quality raw materials are two things that we have in common with Gelateria Bedussi. The desire to amaze customers and surprise them with the goodness and freshness of the home-made preparations, without the use of semi-finished products or pre-made mixtures, is the key to the success of this shop that has become an institution in Brescia. Together we have started a path of growth in which we share the same objectives: to introduce the public to a quality raw materials and their potential.

Paolo Bedussi, coffee shop manager, introduced himself and told us about his place:
“Hello everyone, I’m Paolo Bedussi of Gelateria Bedussi, and I want to talk to you about the research that we perform in the choice of raw materials and in the careful processing that we dedicate to each of them. You won’t find semi-finished products in our shop, just preparations that we make in-house with top quality ingredients, like in our gelato where, for flavours like pistachio, hazelnut and walnut, we process the nuts to create the pastes and creams. We decided to dedicate the same attention that we pay to our creations to the coffee area, and this is why we have collaborated with Le Piantagioni del Caffè for ten years. They were able to provide us with high level products that we got to know and were able to transform into various preparations thanks to the coffee roasting team. In addition, in the coffee bar, to give customers an experience of closer contact with the barista, we work with an innovative coffee machine: the Modbar AV. It is a special coffee machine without the encumbrance of a boiler, developed to break down the barrier of the counter and improve the relation between customer and staff. From a technical point of view, it also has the advantage that it allows us to always have a constant temperature, which improves the preparations. To conclude, I would like to thank Le Piantagioni del Caffè for introducing us to exceptional coffees and for allowing us to reach the highest level of quality in coffee service.”
