The role of the artisanal roaster

Hi, I’m Andrea from Le Piantagioni del Caffè and today we’ll talk about
the artisanal roaster.

First, they must know how to taste the coffees they roast, to truly understand them
And so, they should be like a chef, tasting their creations.
They must study, because improvisation never pays off.
They must build up a wealth of experience, be diligent but above all passionate: this is what makes them stand out from a standard roasting machine operator.
