On 18th January, live on our website, we unveiled the results of our efforts over the past year:
- new image
- new packaging
- new lines
- a revolutionary approach to quality coffee.
What we’ve achieved is a major step forward, driven by a bold decision to try something new:
we want to send a message of oppenness and accessibility from the world of specialty coffee.
Our mission is to make quality coffee accessible and enjoyable to all, not just experts and enthusiasts.
Alongside us and our team, the event benefited from the valuable contribution of a number of guest speakers:
- 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢, a high-profile figure in the Italian ice-cream and pastry industry;
- 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐢, chef at La Madia restaurant, who takes an avant-garde approach to fermentation;
- 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐢 and 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐢 owners of Filter Coffee Lab coffee shop in Pisa;
- from Greece 𝐅𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐬, barista
- from Romania 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐜𝐚, distributor and owner of Anvas Coffee Company.
