Hello, I’m Paolo and today I will explain by when one has to drink a filter coffee brewed
from an automatic machine.

It all depends on the sever, the container into which it is poured.
If we have a glass jug placed on a hot surface, it is advisable not to wait more than half an hour because the excessive overheating of coffee compromises its organoleptic profile enhancing the bitter and burnt notes.
If we have a thermos like this one, it depends on the thermos’ ability to preserve the temperature.
On the market, there is some thermos that loses just one degree per hour.
Therefore it allows you to drink coffee even hours later.
It is interesting to point out the characteristics brought out by the coffee serving temperature.
The acid notes emerge immediately after the brewing.
Whilst if we drink coffee some time after it has been brewed, the sweeter and rounder notes will emerge.
