Sugar or no sugar?

Hello, I’m Paolo from “Le Piantagioni del Caffè” and I got a dilemma for you:
sugar or no sugar?

When drinking espresso or any other brewed coffee, one always wonders if to add sugar or not.
It’s true that without the sugar one can feel the aromas better, but it is also true that each of us tolerates bitterness differently.
So some cannot give up sugar and if one decides to stop sugaring coffee, she has to do it gradually.
In case one cannot do it without it, it is better to find the right sugar to put in coffee. Since sugar has a taste, you have to find a type of sugar, no matter if white or cane, that has the least impact on coffee.
