This coffee combines two CSC certified coffees roasted purposely for filter brewing: the warm notes of the natural coffee of the fazenda Samambaia (Brazil), typical of the Brazilian coffees, combine with the acidity and the citrusy character of the Yrgalem selection (Sidamo gr. 2; CMI selection).
The outcome is a well balanced drink mixing together the aromatic character of the Yrgalem coffee with the smooth body of the Samambaia’s.
It has been thought and tested for both machine and hand brewing methods. It can be enjoyed with any kind of pastries at breakfast or as a pleasant afternoon drink.
