Extraction method
Stay within the range we recommend for each of our lines, have fun evaluating the differences in extraction as the dose varies, and let us know which dose produces the best extraction in your opinion!
Weigh
Recommended brewing ratio: 75 g coffee / 1 litre of water
Grind
Obtain a powder that has a consistency similar to fine sand.
Brew
Assemble the AeroPress and add the ground coffee to the brew chamber. Then begin pouring the hot water (88 - 90°C), allow the coffee to bloom, and stir gently.
Brew & Enjoy
Slowly press the plunger to brew your AeroPress coffee, then enjoy it, preferably in good company!
