How to recognize a quality bar

Hi, I’m Massimo from Le Piantagioni del Caffè and I’m here to share with
you some basic rules that coffee bars must follow and that enable you to
recognize a quality establishment.

The first rule relates to the welcome: a “hello” and a smile are always appreciated.
The second is cleanliness: this applies to the establishment, the service area and the barista.
The third important factor is what’s on offer at the establishment, whether it’s a café and therefore
with one, two or three coffees available to choose from, and perhaps a range of different extraction
options, or a food establishment that serves various items of different sorts.
The fourth relates to the care taken and appreciation of product, which the barista must be able to convey to you.
