100% Arabica

Wuchii is a 100% Colombian Arabica coffee designed for espresso, bringing together beans from around 85 small producers in Piendamó, Cajibío, and Morales, in the Cauca region, at an altitude of 1,900 metres.

The Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties undergo a fully washed process, followed by 16–19 hours of fermentation. The coffee is then dried for approximately 10 days in parabolic solar dryers until it reaches the desired moisture level.

Choosing Wuchii also means supporting the Gender & Inclusion project. For every kilogram sold, €0.50 is donated to the initiative, which supports 10 young Colombian women through training in leadership, financial literacy, cooperative organisation, food security, and gender-related topics, while also providing access to start-up capital.

Weigh

Grind

Grind your coffee to a consistency somewhere between plain flour and fine cornmeal

Tamp

Fill the portafilter with ground coffee, level it and tamp firmly

Brew your espresso and, if possible, enjoy it in good company!
