“Pasticceri” is not just a coffee blend, but the result of collaboration between creative pastry chefs and the team at Le Piantagioni del Caffè. In two sessions at La Marzocco’s Accademia dell’Espresso in Florence and the Officina Dalla Corte training center in Milan, the pastry chefs involved explored the world of single-estate coffees, encountering unique aromatic notes and profiles.

Extraction method
Stay within the range we recommend for each of our lines, have fun evaluating the differences in extraction as the dose varies, and let us know which dose produces the best extraction in your opinion!
Weigh it
Single shot: Blend 8- 8,5g | Single estate 8-9g | Limited edition 8,5 – 9,5g Double shot: Blend: 15g-16g | Single estate: 16-18g | Limited Edition: 17-18g
Grind
Grind your coffee to a consistency somewhere between plain flour and fine cornmeal.
Tamp
Fill the portafilter with ground coffee, level it and tamp firmly.
Brew & Enjoy
Brew your espresso and, if possible, enjoy it in good company.
