Awareness for Change
Together we help coffee enhance its positive impact on both people and the planet
OUR OWN ART OF COFFEE MAKING
We have been roasting specialty coffee since 1994. Yet experience alone is not the point. What defines us is the way we operate within an industry that needs a more conscious and informed approach. A truly great coffee is never the result of a single factor, but rather of a series of choices that bring together flavour, people and accountability.
We source our coffees directly from origin. We speak directly with the people who grow them, return to the same places year after year, and build long-term relationships. For us, traceability is not just a word. It is the way we work.
We travel to select the very best
Outstanding flavour is never accidental.
It is the result of expertise, attention to detail and respect for the coffee itself.
Every month, we carry out more than 80 tastings to monitor the consistency and sensory profile of the coffees we offer over time.
We taste to ensure quality
Origin, processing, extraction. They are simple concepts, when explained clearly. And understanding them does not take away the magic of coffee. It only adds to it.
We help you understand what’s in your cup
Two ways to experience Specialty Coffee. One shared standard of excellence.

Find your coffeeAWARENESS FOR CHANGE
Too often, coffee remains a mystery. You do not know who grew it, when it was roasted, or why it tastes the way it does. We have always chosen transparency instead. We select plantations committed to ethical practices and outstanding technical standards. Every stage is traceable, from cultivation to shipment. We provide all the information you need to understand exactly what you are drinking. We call it Awareness for Change: the freedom to choose quality based on facts, not habits. Knowledge naturally leads to change.

Fazenda Samambaia: friendship, innovation and flavour
Fazenda Samambaia, located in the stunning state of Minas Gerais, was the fourth stop on my trip to Brazil. This place, in the Santo Antonio do Amparo district, is not just a coffee plantation, but for me represents a journey into the very essence of coffee, made up of human relationships, devotion and innovation.
