Water Decaf

This process uses a green coffee concentrate composed of water saturated with all the solid components available in green coffee, with the exception of caffeine.

To remove caffeine, coffee beans are exposed to steam, soaked in water (containing the components to be preserved), carbon filtered and then dried in ovens.

Our water decaffeinated coffee has taste of honey and cocoa notes, with no trace of those unpleasant flavours which are often found in decaffeinated coffees.
