Le Piantagioni del Caffè – 2025 Report and outlook for 2026
LAYING THE GROUNDWORK FOR WHAT’S NEXT
2025 was defined by hardworking effort, not by sudden breakthroughs, but by careful progress. It was a year in which we clarified our direction, made intentional decisions, and strengthened the foundations that will support our future growth.
We focused on our product, optimizing our supply chain, investing in our people, and deepening our understanding of coffee itself; always striving for alignment between our daily actions and the long-term vision of our company. We believe that sustainable growth must be measurable, inclusive, and transparent.
As we prepare for the significant developments planned for 2026, this year was dedicated to advancing several strategic priorities:

The supply chain as a shared responsibility
Prunella’s trips to Colombia and Honduras deepened our direct engagement in the countries of origin, strengthening our partnerships with producers. Our work with Enveritas and the release of our first Sustainability Report at the end of 2025 represent significant progress toward more structured and transparent reporting. We also launched our first coffee transported by sail, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability throughout the supply chain.

People, training, and organization
Throughout the year, we invested in developing our team through targeted training programs and courses for both employees and collaborators. We also shared moments of collective learning, such as the company trip to the Accademia del Caffè Espresso. At the same time, we continued exploring innovative approaches to coffee roasting. These diverse experiences were united by a single purpose: strengthening skills and fostering greater awareness across the organization.

Tangible operational choices
In line with our sustainability goals, we consciously reduced the volume of cardboard in our packaging to help lessen coffee’s impact on the planet.

HOST 2025 and the foundations for change
At HOST 2025, we unveiled our new payoff, “Awareness for Change,” signaling our aspirations for the future and the values that will guide us. During the event, we presented our first-ever Sustainability Report and showcased new recyclable, carbon-neutral packaging featuring a re-sealing system (available from 2026). We also launched a major refresh of our visual identity, guided by our mascot ELPY as a cultural and narrative ambassador for our brand.

Looking ahead to 2026
Beginning 16 January 2026, we will introduce our new packaging, launch our new website, and present a suite of more structured solutions designed for the final consumer as well. The end customer of our partners is central to our vision. We aim to communicate clearly and effectively with them, conveying the quality and essence of our products, our value-driven role in the market, and our commitment to spreading coffee culture and awareness. All of this is intended to grow the number of people who recognize and seek us out at the bar after first discovering us at home.
