Micro lot

This is a coffee lot consisting of a small number of bags, obtained from the cultivation of a small plot of land within an estate.

Producers usually use these small plots to grow the most sought-after and interesting varieties of Arabica coffee plant, capable of producing coffees with very interesting organoleptic profiles. In other cases, micro lots may be characterised by experimental post-harvest processing techniques.
