This know-how is shared by FAF with a network of local small producers. The harvest, processed using the natural method, delivers in the cup the excellence of an agricultural approach that protects both the soil and pollinators.<br \/>\nLocated in Brazil\u2019s Mogiana region, Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) was born from the pioneering vision of Silvia Barreto and is now led by her son, Felipe Croce.
