Today Caf\u00e9 Pacas is comprised of various farms and the Pacas variety was discovered in one of these.<br \/>\nThis farm takes its name from the famous, gorgeous, endangered Belloto trees that can be easily found around the farm and create a dense canopy of shade for the coffee.<br \/>\nThe farm also faces the Izalco Volcano which protects coffee trees from wind.<br \/>\nLabors at this farm starts earlier than usual in the morning. The reason is because here, in the afternoon, fog enters through the farm and interferes with visibility.<br \/>\nRuperto Bernardino Merche is the farm manager and believes in the goodness of humans.
