treated as an independent unit, with direct oversight of every stage of production.<\/p>\n<p>The finca is divided into individually managed plots, where selected varieties \u2014 including exotic cultivars \u2014 are tested alongside advanced processing protocols, batch by batch.<\/p>\n<p>It is through this approach that La Experimental specialty coffee was born. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">
