He introduced SL28 variety in 2012. With it, Alejo Castro, won 4th place in the Cup of Excellence in 2020. For this producer the work must be carried out with the utmost care and he aim to naturally develop the strengths of each coffee.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">This coffee is fermented, in cherries, in tanks in which the oxygen is replaced by CO2.
