SIGEP 2019: from new estate coffees to the joy of a Kombucha drink!

Another edition of Sigep Rimini is over and we wanted to collect the memories and the impressions and to share our experience with you.

Many friends and customers spent some of their time with us, chatting about coffee and confirming an increasingly and lively interest in the world of quality coffees.

This trade show was also an excellent opportunity for us to present the latest news about our researches in the world of coffee.


Cachoeira da Grama: Well balanced and chocolaty

The new product presented at Sigep was the coffee Cachoeira da Grama, the result of a new partnership with a Brazilian farm located near the Minas Gerais border.

It is an exceptional washed coffee that we offer unblended, for its aptitude to combine the typical profile of Brazilian coffees with some unusual hints of chocolate with candied tangerine notes and an unexpected sweetness which lasts in a brown sugar aftertaste.

The high quality of the coffee from the fazenda Cachoeira da Grama is the result of the dedication and care shown throughout the production cycle from the selection of the botanical varieties, passing through the attention for the cultivation, up to the harvest and the final processing.

Kombucha: a big hit for a cold brewed and fermented drink

Cherished by many coffee lovers and connoisseurs, Kombucha was a great success during the last edition of Sigep.

After the summer launch, we have made significant progress to improve its character and make it part and parcel of our production.

The drink that we bottle comes from a cold brew extraction of the 100% Arabica specialty coffee, from the Finca San Luis (El Salvador), which we also propose unblended.

At the moment we are producing an only Kombucha formula but we are planning to develop others, to give you the opportunity to taste and experience different tastes.
