In Finca Buenos Aires, Luis Valladarez and his second son Olman grow some different specialty coffees, being experts in processes and mono-varietal growing. The coffee we have chosen is a maracaturra variety, natural processed, specialty coffee, which obtained the second place in the Cup of Excellence®! We have selected this coffee to be enjoyed unblended and we roast it for hand filter brewing in order to enhance the enveloping aromas of chocolate shortbread and chily pepper, the pleasant acidity and the chinotto citrus hints. The result is an unusual aromatic drink, perfect in the afternoon. It can also be enjoyed with any kind of pastries at breakfast or for a mid morning break.
